The Mechanics Bank Arena, Theater and Convention Center Box Office is located at 1001 Truxtun Avenue, at the northeast corner of Mechanics Bank Arena between the Arena and Theater, directly across from the Bakersfield Condors main office.

Box Office Purchases
Tickets may be purchased directly at the Box Office. Mechanics Bank Arena accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. There is a $4 walk-up box-office fee per ticket, additional fees may apply. When purchasing tickets with a credit card, you must show a valid photo identification to complete the transaction.
Purchaser Pick Up - Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of the Box Office two hours prior to the event start time. You must have the credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo identification to pick up tickets at Will Call.
Accessible/Disabled Tickets
Accessible/Disabled seating is available on both levels of the Arena, as well as in the Theater. Accessible seating is available through AXS.com and through the Mechanics Bank Arena Box Office. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.

Children
In general, most events allow children under 2 to enter without a ticket, provided they do not need an actual seat. However, some events require all attendees, regardless of age, to present a ticket for entry. Please check the event ticket policies at the time of purchase.
Mobile Ticketing
Mechanics Bank Arena only accepts and scans tickets off a mobile device if they are within the AXS mobile application. All other PDFs formatted and mobile tickets must be printed to enter the arena. Please make sure you print the tickets on paper prior to arriving at the arena, as printers will not be made available at the arena. For more information on the AXS app, click here.
Parking
Timed (15 minute) parking for the box office is located along Truxtun Avenue in front of the Arena. Additional parking may be found in the lots directly behind the Arena.
